REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, replace, repair or credit where goods are faulty, are not of merchantable quality or have been wrongly described. Each product is checked for quality, certification and packaging requirements prior to leaving our premises.

If a refund is granted, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. 

We are not liable for cost of returns nor for damage/loss during transit. Goods returned must be unused, undamaged, not tampered with, accompanied by our original purchase receipt and in original, undamaged packaging. No exceptions.  This also applies for goods that are being returned to be swapped over for another size, the shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
