Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide and internationally using the most practical shipping methods, from which, the delivery costs are influenced by the size and weight of the goods, destination, customer’s urgency requirements and tracking capabilities.

Companies used include Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please, StarTrack Express.

Whilst some products can ship via fixed priced due to their size, weight etc, many of the product’s shipping costs will be calculated on an individual basis and will vary, especially if more than 1 item is ordered at the same time.

This figure will be emailed or otherwise furnished to you to be added to the product’s costs for the invoice total.

Completed orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days with normal shipping times between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location and service level requested.  International orders will be subject to normal advertised shipping timeframes.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. If for any reason an ordered item is out of stock, unavailable, discontinued or we are unable to fulfil your order for any other reason we will notify you asap to advise the new ETA, to arrange an agreeable alternative item, to place on backorder or a full refund.

We will not be responsible for overdue delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as incorrectly delivery address information, re-directions, extreme weather events, transport strikes etc. We will do our very best to deliver ‘on time’ but this can not always be 100% guaranteed.
